We purchased 2 DeCourcey House in 2021 as a family investment holiday apartment.  Our family have holidayed in Dartmouth for over 20 years.  When we had the opportunity to invest, we knew what was important to us and 2 DeCourcey House ticks so many of the boxes!

Two en-suite Bedrooms

The apartment has two double bedrooms with plenty of drawers and a large wardrobe in each room.  Each bedroom also has it's own en-suite with a shower.  The en-suites also feature automatic low level nights lights.

PARKING & CAR CHARGING

The apartment has it's own car parking space which is fully under cover and located directly below the apartments.  You can also charge your electric car (extra charges apply).

SPEEDY WIFI

The apartment has speeds of 72 Mbps.  WIFI is available throughout the apartment and each TV is also connected.
